6. Points of Interest Data

The points of interest displayed in HikingCompanion are retrieved from OpenStreetMap. HikingCompanion is not responsible for any potential errors in the information provided by these external sources. Users should verify the accuracy of information before relying on it for their hiking activities.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate behavior. We may also discontinue services with prior notice.
